Registration is NOW OPEN for for the 2026 Football and Cheer Season!

IMPORTANT: 

 Our registration will be done through iSportz this season NOT National Sports ID (NSID). DO NOT LOGIN to your National Sports ID account to attempt to register and DO NOT LOGIN on this website to register. Scroll down and follow the specific directions below to register.

 To register, please follow the registration link below. It's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you register on a computer, not on a smartphone.  If you have multiple athletes to register, you will need to register each separately.  VERY IMPORTANT: You must register your athlete(s) to the appropriate division based on their age as of July 1, 2026, as defined by the chart included in this email.  If you register for the incorrect division there may no longer be a spot on the correct team in which case your athlete will be on the waitlist.  If your athlete’s division is no longer on the division list, then please go to “waitlist” on that page and fill out the information to be put on that division's waitlist. 

If you register after our division roster size has been met and have signed up for the waitlist, you will be notified by the Secretary of Water-Oak Football & Cheer that your athlete is on the waitlist. Additional waitlist information will be provided at that time. 

Below are detailed instructions on how to register your athlete(s):
 

1)       Click on the Registration link: Water-Oak Football & Cheer Registration

2)       Click on “Register”

3)       Click on either “Tackle Football”, “Flag Football” or “Cheer” and then click Next

4)       Click on the correct Age Division for your athlete (you can choose to either pay in full or pay a 50% deposit with another payment due 30 days later) then click next

5)       Complete your athlete’s information such as their name, date of birth, etc., you will also upload the birth certificate and photo in this section if available, Click Next

6)      Complete the Contact Information page, Click Next

7)       Complete Emergency & Medical Information page, Click Next

8)  You will now electronically sign 6 different Waiver Pages, Click on “Submit & Next” after each page (please make sure to read who the signature is for as there are a few player initials and signatures)

9) You will now be brought to the payment page

10)  To complete your registration, click on Pay Now

11)  You will then be brought to a confirmation page for your registration

12)  You then will receive 2 emails, one to create your password for your account and a payment receipt

**You will upload any documents not uploaded during the registration process in your account**

League age is as of 7/1/26. 

The following will need to be uploaded by June 30, 2026, in order for your athlete(s) to be cleared to practice:

1. A recent headshot of your athlete with a white or clear background (School pictures would be acceptable).  There should be no objects in the background and no hats or glasses on. 

2. Birth Certificate

3. Final 2025-2026 Report Card with all information listed (Athlete’s name, School name, Grade, etc.) It is important to get the report card as soon as they are available as Power School does close quickly.

4. Medical Clearance Form signed by your athlete’s doctor (Attached)
